KBR is looking for Procurement Manager for a PMC project to be based in Paris for a year and moving back Abu Dhabi, UAE.

1. JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for and plans, organizes and manages the procurement process for RLNG Project Ability to fit purchase into project ecosystem besides maintaining freight and supply chain costs Managing diverse procurement activities and aligning with design engineering Develop and maintain productive relationships with direct reports, senior management, vendors, other support groups and project team members. Review of all purchase orders and contracts Ensuring accuracy and adequacy of purchasing/contracts negotiation and supply chain administration activities Fulfillment of various supply chain requirements relating to project performance Timeliness, accuracy and adequacy of problem identification, status reporting and corrective actions Negotiation of T&C, Prices and Vendor Management Coordination with expediting and project management teams during project execution to maintain on-time material delivery and supply

2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 20+ years of diverse experience Procurement Management including at least 5 years' experience in Procurement including at least 10 years of experience focused on Procurement, in the Oil, Gas or Petrochemical industry.
