Procurement Manager
Job Description
Key Accountabilities: -
? Comprehensive Procurement Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for both local and overseas requirements.
? Sourcing Strategies: Execute sourcing strategies and maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and products for real-time data retrieval.
? Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage with internal stakeholders to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
? Diverse Sourcing Expertise: Utilize strong sourcing experience across various food and nonfood categories, and manufacturing ingredients.
? Inventory Monitoring: Regularly monitor inventory with sales trends to prevent excess or shortages of products.
? Market and Product Trends: Monitor business trends and product availability to secure the best price without compromising quality or delivery terms.
Qualification & Experience: -
? Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Management, Logistics or Business Administration
? At least 5 years of relevant procurement and vendor management experience in the F&B industry
? Successful track record of delivering results in the areas of cost management, vendor management, quality controls and inventory management
