Job Description

Main responsibilities:

Sourcing the right suppliers/ manufacturers as per the enquiry from clients/Buyer

Efficient communication with suppliers/manufacturers, complete materials submission, technical clarification, price comparison and price negotiation and make efforts to reduce procurement costs

Coordinate between Client and Suppliers, clearly understand the requirements from Client and meet the requirements.

Manages and optimizes the flow of goods and materials from suppliers to the company and from the company to customers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery

Keep updating and enlarge company global supply chain data base

Maintain good relationship with both Clients and Suppliers.

Coordinate international logistics formalities, including booking shipping space, shipping, etc. make sure smooth delivery of the orders.

Keep abreast of the supplier's stocking and scheduling, follow up the production progress, and update to clients, and ensure no delay of lead time.

Work with carriers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to resolve issues and enhance supply chain efficiency

Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.

Take the lead in solving the abnormal situation of the company's interface with suppliers and logistic vendors (purchase order, order fulfillment, quality, after-sales and other issues).

Job requirements:

More than 5 years UAE experience required.

Purchasing experience in construction engineering field is preferred.

Mechanical and electrical engineer background is preferred.

Other related professional backgrounds require strong learning ability and a strong sense of responsibility, and can independently complete the assigned tasks in a relatively short time.

English communication is barrier-free

Be familiar with international trade rules and contracts, master negotiation skills, and be able to conduct business negotiations independently.

Can handle Multi-tasks and stress

Familiar with the international trading procurement process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
