Coordinate and respond to spare parts and consumables inquiries from internal and external customers.
Process orders received from customer service representatives and work controllers.
Place inventory orders with principal suppliers in a timely manner.
Prepare purchase requests and send them to the accounts department for purchase order generation.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials.
Receive, inspect, and transfer ordered spare parts to various locations.
Conduct physical stock-taking of all inventory in the store.
Advise the customer service department about parts availability.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to establish and maintain relationships.
Collect daily service charges from service technicians, update the CRM system, and submit receipt details to the finance department regularly for accounting and reconciliation.
Manage departmental petty cash and submit requests to finance regularly for imprest replenishment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
