Position: Procurement Executive \xc2\xb7 Responsible for all purchase related activities for a multi-location network of service centers \xc2\xb7 Responsible for vendor development & management, negotiation, deal finalization, evaluation of proposals, preparing contracts, alternative vendor development etc \xc2\xb7 Should do materials planning with least inventory . Experience in Raw Material sourcing such as Oud, Veneer, Marble, Foam, Core and CSM. \xc2\xb7 Planning of material requirement as per the Production plan \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Inward Quality of the material \xc2\xb7 Vendor evaluation and vendor rating \xc2\xb7 Follow up for delivery of materials and ensure on time supplies \xc2\xb7 Co-ordination with accounts for on time release of payments \xc2\xb7 Improvement in SOP for procurement as per industry standards \xc2\xb7 Should put processes in place, support branches in sales/service functions \xc2\xb7 Candidate would be responsible to ensure quality, cost and delivery standards are met for supplies to centers \xc2\xb7 Constantly review the procurement costs & work on reduction, upgrade vendor capability, strengthen purchase & delivery systems \xc2\xb7 Proper documentation & delivery systems \xc2\xb7 Proper documentation of purchases/vendor profiles \xc2\xb7 Maintenance of material master database \xc2\xb7 Identification of new vendors \xc2\xb7 Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager Job Type: Full-time
