Job Description

Leading interiors contracting company in Sharjah looking for Purchase Assistant. : Reporting to: Purchase Manager / General Manager

Monitor stock level and identify purchasing needs.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Send inquiry to suppliers through email and follow-up for quote and offer.

Register and Update Product Information.

Issue Purchase Order for Local Suppliers and submit for approval.

Understand the technical requirements of the requesting department. Requirement and Skills:

Advance skill in written and verbal English.

Work Experience as Purchasing Assistant or Similar Role.

Good understanding of supply chain procedures.

Knowledgeable in Excel and Word, Outlook.

Qualification : Bachelor's Degree

Gender : Male

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
