Leading interiors contracting company in Sharjah looking for Purchase Assistant. : Reporting to: Purchase Manager / General Manager Monitor stock level and identify purchasing needs. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Send inquiry to suppliers through email and follow-up for quote and offer. Register and Update Supplier Information. Register and Update Product Information. Issue Purchase Order for Local Suppliers and submit for approval. Understand the technical requirements of the requesting department. Requirement and Skills: Advance skill in written and verbal English. Work Experience as Purchasing Assistant or Similar Role. Good understanding of supply chain procedures. Knowledgeable in Excel and Word, Outlook.
