Job Description

Order Processing Executive :

1 ) To facilitate Export Orders and expedite Export Shipments. With reference to this detail, it would be the Order Processing Executive's entire responsibility to enter the export order promptly in the system, to expedite its execution with reference to the determination of ex-stock items and back-ordering of non-stock ones, to co-ordinate with the ware-house team to pack the invoiced materials urgently, prepare packing-lists, correspond with the customer with reference to the fulfillment of payment terms and the conclusion of logistic details. In short to provide a seamless and pleasant experience to Company's customers outside the United Arab Emirates.

2 ) To input products and prices in E-Commerce platforms. To ensure that all the postings are up to date and to ensure prompt dispatch of material ordered via E-Commerce platforms.

In addition to the above detailed major and specific functions, the other general functions that this job would be to work together with other members of the Order Processing team to ensure the following:

• Checking accepted Payment Terms in quotation and Client PO.
• Checking Proforma Invoice and Invoice Raised. Follow up to be done and reminder to each customer until they confirm the collection of material from us.
• Checking Supplier Invoice when consignment Arrives, check Order Sheet allocation, Order Sheet no's and quantities
• Checking with Accounts for customer outstanding and PDC cheques to add in the notes while corresponding with customer.
• Responding to customer calls and email to update them with regard to their material delivery and order status.
• Inputting Order Sheet in ERP Software.
• Preparing Delivery note/ Invoice, Local Purchase order, Order Sheets, Product/Item code for new item and receipt voucher for payments.
• Updating Master Key file and Order Sheet when Cylinders arrive for local and factory produced master key cylinder.
• Allocating Driver to drop and pick staff and for material delivery.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree in accounting, business administration or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years' of UAE or Home country experience as a procurement executive or related position
• Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems; Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions; Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently; Accurate and precise attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
