Job Summary:
The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing food items and supplies for the restaurant. They ensure quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Analyze market trends to optimize costs and procurement strategies.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare reports on supplier performance and expenditure.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
