We are seeking a skilled Procurement Executive to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that all procurement processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as well as the capacity to analyze market trends and implement cost-saving strategies.

Responsibilities:

Construction company experience is necessary. A Graduate in English medium. Drafting letters, filing, records, minutes of meetings, site meetings coordinating.

Meetings with suppliers/subcontractors. Filing correspondence, HO to sites, Updating of all trade licenses, TIN Nos., Tender correspondence, floating enquiries.

consultant correspondence, computer literacy in PowerPoint, excel, word, vendor data, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar procurement role

Familiarity with document management systems and software (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum).

Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Experience in ERP preferred.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
