Job duties and responsibilities
• Capable of overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
• Proficient in preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records and maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Job qualifications/requirements
• 2 - 3 years of experience working in a similar position within the Facility Management Industry in any GCC countries.
• Preferably candidates with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management or relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
