- Know about the equipment, materials, and supplies used in the industry and their suppliers.
- Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage to ensure goods delivery in a timely manner.
- Prepare documentation for internal processes as per ISO standards.
- Shall be able to review static equipment
- Generate PO for equipment, material, and services.
- Ensure the purchasing activities and deliverables are undertaken in accordance with agreed Requisition documentation
- Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Work experience minimum 3+ years with technical expertise
- Market knowledge in the sourcing of equipment, materials, and services.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement system (ERP)
- Good English written and spoken, High Computer skills
