Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the procurement process for all project-related materials and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure the timely delivery of materials to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with CIPS
• AutoCAD knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Interior Design & Fit-out construction materials, processes, and costs
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline and can work under fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum of 5+ UAE years of experience in procurement & supply chain management, preferably within the interior fit-out industry or construction industry
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
