Job Description

Job Purpose

To co-ordinate and handle all the relevant tasks of vehicle procurement to facilitate sales transactions in a timely and cost-effective manner which meets the set standards and department objective.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

Functional Roles and Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinating with the Showroom and collecting relevant documents for Pre-Owned Cars (POC) Direct Purchase, Trade-in, Lease & Internal vehicles.
  • Preparing GRS, getting approvals and taking the vehicles into POC Stock.
  • Co-ordination with Finance for the SIV and payment cheque for the POC vehicles.
  • Placing the New Car orders in Principal system as per the set standard and time frame and tagging the order against the Customers.
  • Create & Update New Car orders in DRIVE system and attaching to the customer enquiry.
  • Monitor the vehicle order data in Factory System and ensure matching with Drive System data
  • Create Shipments in Drive System and share the details with the Show Room & Logistics.
  • Prepare the VCC file for logistics and uploading the VCC numbers in DRIVE System.
  • Proper filling of all shipment documents in the shared folders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating & maintaining the order Bank in the Factory System Holding Pool. \xe2\x80\xa2
  • Updating & maintaining the shared folders for accurate information on vehicle details, vehicle status, Vin#, ETA. \xe2\x80\xa2
  • Provide periodic reports to management when required.
