• We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in procurement processes and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements to achieve cost-effective deals.
• Support the procurement team in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Basic knowledge of accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Salary package: AED 3,500-AED 4,500
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
