- Proficiency in managing contract amendments, renewals, and extensions.
- Ability to ensure contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong skills in dispute resolution and contract enforcement.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Ability to negotiate terms and manage supplier contracts effectively.
- Ensuring adherence to procurement policies, regulations, and industry standards.
