Job Summary:
The Procurement Assistant (MEP) supports the procurement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) materials, equipment, and services. This role ensures timely and cost-effective procurement in alignment with project requirements and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Procurement Support : Assist with sourcing MEP materials and services, ensuring timely delivery.
• Vendor Management : Manage vendor relations, obtain quotes, and evaluate proposals.
• Order Management : Process and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Documentation : Maintain procurement records, reports, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Cost Control : Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Inventory : Track inventory levels and ensure material availability.
Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience : Prior experience in procurement or MEP-related projects is preferred.
• Skills : Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
