Procurement Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for an immediately available candidate in Abu Dhabi with minimum 2 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services.
Evaluate and compare supplier quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing. Coordinate with internal teams to determine procurement needs.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Support in negotiating contracts with suppliers.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with ERP systems is a must.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
