Job responsibilities: Verify and update supplier information and data Record and maintain procurement documentation including shipping and invoicing documents Monitor supplier delivery schedules and escalate deviations Maintain and update procurement deadlines, including material reports Liaise with other departments within the organization to confirm procurement requirements Assist with sourcing and identifying new vendors or suppliers Prepare and process purchase orders on behalf of the procurement team Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed
Preferred Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a procurement organization Attention to detail and organizational skills Interpersonal and communication skills, including liaising with international suppliers Adept in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to maintain confidential information
