We are currently recruiting for a Processor for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.Responsibilities:
- Daily Card Production & Couriers Dispatch monitoring and accurate Reconciliations
- Accurate and complete daily MIS/status reporting to Business on In Process/Delivered/Undelivered/any exception shipments
- Vendor co-ordinations (Card Production, Couriers) & IT to ensure timely resolution support of operational service deliverables
- Support 2nd level Inquiries / Investigations from Channels and Business and timely response closures
- Undelivered cards reporting to Business with drill down of non-delivery reasons
- Random sample check on courier attempts on cards declared as undelivered/exhausted all attempts
- Coordinate with Offshore team for executing card block systemic action for undelivered cards
- Supporting periodic undelivered cards physical destruction/reconciliation at Courier site location in Dubai.
- Minimum 1-2 years processing experience in Card Operations environment
- Above average Excel & MIS preparation/reporting skills
- Good Communication skills written and verbal English for handling internal departments and vendors interactions
- Quick learner and ability to function in high volume, multitask environment
- Working knowledge of Card systems highly preferred
