Processing Responsibilities: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in immigration processes in Australia and Canada, focusing on the Australian Investor Program (AIP), Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in Canada, and the Express Entry program in Canada. - Females only ( Malyalam Speaker ) - Thoroughly review immigration applications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with relevant immigration regulations for relevant countries. - Verify and authenticate supporting documents submitted with applications, ensuring they meet the specified requirements. - Responsible for filing and processing of PR and work permit applications. - Provide guidance to clients on documentation, timelines, and procedural requirements. - Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their applications. - In-depth knowledge of visa and permanent residency application procedures and requirements. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 2. Customer Service Responsibilities: - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls and making calls to provide regular updates. - Females only ( Malyalam Speaker ). - Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing professional and accurate information with excellent customer service skills. - Manage client retention and recovery efforts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Handle customer service escalations and manage recovery processes to resolve issues effectively. - Maintain excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive client experience. - Collaborate with the team to improve client handling procedures and enhance service quality.
