Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Processing Manager at Heng Sheng Group in Dubai. The Processing Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing processing activities, ensuring efficiency and quality in processing operations, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing immigration copywriting or document processing team.

Language and Communication Skills:

• Proficiency in the English language is essential for effective communication.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are necessary to handle inquiries and interact with clients.

Industry Knowledge:

• A background in finance and accounting is preferred to understand the financial aspects of immigration documentation, particularly for investment-based immigration.
• Knowledge in investment immigration documentation processing and visa information is a plus.

Skills:

• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure documents meet the required standards and regulations.

Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Pay: From AED157,000.00 per year
