Position SummaryWe are looking for a talented individual to join our Innovation team in the MENA Office. Process Innovation Manager will be responsible for providing operational and analytical support to Business Planning (supply chain, demand planning, Channel/Retail Management, BI Development, etc.). Position requires extraordinary data analysis capabilities, converting findings to actionable insights.Role and ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:Address various business subjects with a focus on SCM Excellence of the organization (but not limited to)Build insights from concrete evidence based on data analysis and apply them to achieve team objectiveInitiate and Implement Variable Process Innovation Project in overall Samsung SCM operation, Field force Incentive, Retail Mapping, End-to-end Channel Visibility, BI, Master Data, etc.Organize MENA SCM Training AcademySkills and QualificationsWhat You'll Need:
- 8+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management system of electronics manufacturing company
- Data analysis oriented; job scope will require evidence-based approach with simulating multiple scenarios at the same time
- Ability to speak Korean is highly advantageous
- Meticulous approach on given subjects without missing any detail
- Ability to see bigger picture integrating available information and data points for deducing insights
- Capable of looking into issues with different perspectives; to understand audiencexe2x80x99s perspectives
- Willing to absorb new information daily and being able to apply new knowledge to traditional subjects
- Being able to work under time constraint and meet deadlines with limited guidance
- Strong adequacy in discovering insights derived from data analysis; hiring process will include case study analysis and presentation of materials
