Manager & Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Process Excellence Specialist to review, streamline, and enhance internal processes within our HC department. This role focuses on evaluating current workflows, mapping processes, identifying gaps, and designing solutions to improve efficiency. A key objective is to transfer a significant portion of administrative tasks to our Shared Services Center (SSC), allowing HC teams to concentrate on strategic, high-value work. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Process Review & Mapping: Analyze current HC processes, map workflows, and identify inefficiencies.
• Document & Standardize Procedures: Create detailed process maps, SOPs, and work instructions for HC functions.
• Identify Gaps & Design Solutions: Prioritize improvement areas, propose solutions, and develop implementation plans.
• Transition Admin Work to SSC: Lead efforts to shift transactional tasks to SSC, ensuring quality and accountability.
• Engage Stakeholders & Support Change: Facilitate change management, engage HC and SSC teams, and report on progress to leadership.
