This role focuses on evaluating current workflows, mapping processes, identifying gaps, and designing solutions to improve efficiency. A key objective is to transfer a significant portion of administrative tasks to our Shared Services Center (SSC), allowing HC teams to concentrate on strategic, high-value work.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Process Review & Mapping: Analyze current HC processes, map workflows, and identify inefficiencies.
Document & Standardize Procedures: Create detailed process maps, SOPs, and work instructions for HC functions.
Transition Admin Work to SSC: Lead efforts to shift transactional tasks to SSC, ensuring quality and accountability.
Engage Stakeholders & Support Change: Facilitate change management, engage HC and SSC teams, and report on progress to leadership.
