Process Engineer (plastic Manufacturing)
Job Description
Should have experience in PVC Pipe Manufacturing Plant As an experienced Process Engineer performs tasks requiring the selection and application of a range of standard technical problem solving techniques, monitoring and analysis. Carries out conventional engineering tasks requiring broad application of engineering knowledge, regulations and standards. Develops a range of engineering plans and supporting documentation seeking guidance from senior level engineers as required. Validates standard internal and 3rd party Process design work for conformance with established standards and procedures(as applicable) Maintains high HSE standards and seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and working practices at all times Participating in RCA related to Process Vendor Certified Training on using Simulation tools (like UNISIM, ASPEN Plus) Principles of Incident Investigation Training Certified Process Safety Auditor PH&A analysis certification API-754 Process Safety Metrics Training
