Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment.We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer with over 10 years of specialized experience in process plants, focusing on waste-to-energy and combustion/incineration technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with boilers and a deep understanding of waste-to-energy processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive efficiency and innovation within our operations and contribute to the growth of our waste-to-energy projects.Key Responsibilities:Process Design & Optimization: Develop, design, and optimize waste-to-energy processes to improve efficiency, safety, and performance. Ensure processes meet regulatory and environmental standards.Boiler Expertise: Oversee the operation and maintenance of boilers, ensuring their optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to boiler systems.Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects related to waste-to-energy facilities, including the development of technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the operations and maintenance teams. Conduct training sessions to enhance team expertise in waste-to-energy technologies.Innovation: Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance waste-to-energy efficiency and effectiveness.Compliance & Safety: Ensure all processes comply with relevant environmental regulations and safety standards. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain high standards of safety and environmental stewardship.Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in process plants, with a focus on waste-to-energy or combustion/incineration technologies.Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of boilers and waste-to-energy processes. Proven track record in optimizing and managing complex process systems.Education: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
