Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating teams to ensure seamless updates and management of our CRM software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate communication teams to ensure timely and accurate updates in the CRM software.

Oversee the maintenance and optimization of CRM systems to support business operations.

Monitor and track CRM updates and ensure that all relevant data is accurate and up to date.

Generate regular reports on CRM performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Train and support team members on CRM usage and best practices.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that CRM data is integrated and utilized effectively across the organization.

Handle any issues or discrepancies related to CRM data and work to resolve them promptly.

Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operation of the coordination process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be bilingual (Arabic and English).

Bachelor' s Degree in relevant field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry with a focus on the desired products.

Hands-on experience with CRM software, including implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid UAE driving license and car preferred.

Willingness to travel as required.

Must be available to start immediately.
