Job Description

Summary
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and Leisure segments.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including DMCs and travel management companies.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and collaboration with the sales team.
  • Coordinate with groups and events planning team, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluent in English; additional languages considered a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Proactive Sales Executive or Proactive Sales Manager in a 5-star hotel in the UAE.
  • Well-established connections with major DMCs and travel management companies for organizing corporate meetings, events, and groups.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
