Key Responsibilities:
• Visa and Immigration Processing:
• Handle processing of employment visas, residence visas, and permits for employees.
• Manage visa renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Assist employees with visa-related inquiries and procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE immigration laws.
• Facilitate the issuance of Emirates ID, labor cards, and other related documents.
• Document Attestation & Legalization:
• Process and facilitate the attestation of documents (such as educational certificates, marriage certificates, etc.) with the relevant authorities.
• Liaise with embassies or consulates for document legalization, as needed.
• Trade License and Business Documentation:
• Support the company in obtaining or renewing trade licenses and permits.
• Liaise with government authorities for business-related permits and documentation.
• Ensure all business activities comply with UAE business regulations and labor laws.
• Employee Management and Compliance:
• Maintain employee records and ensure timely renewals of visas and labor contracts.
• Track expiry dates for visas, residency, and other legal documents to ensure no lapses.
• Provide assistance to employees regarding visa issues, labor disputes, and other HR-related documentation.
• Communication with Government Agencies:
• Act as a liaison between the company and government departments (e.g., Ministry of Labor, General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs).
• Update the company on any changes in laws and regulations.
• Respond to government requests and assist with the smooth processing of all legal documents.
• Client Support
• General Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate records of all government transactions, visas, and permits.
• Provide general office support and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Language Skills : Proficient in both Tagalog and English (spoken and written).
• Experience : Prior experience as a PRO Services Coordinator or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Knowledge : Strong understanding of UAE immigration laws, labor regulations, and business registration processes.
• Skills :
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Education : A high school diploma or higher; additional certifications in administration or HR are a plus.
Additional Information:
• Work Environment : The PRO Services Coordinator will typically work in an office environment but may need to visit government offices and other external locations to submit and collect documents.
• Salary : Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
