• Manage all visa and immigration processes for employees, including new hires, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain strong relationships with government departments, including Immigration, Ministry of Labor, and Free Zone authorities.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams on all PRO-related and legal matters and provide timely updates on application statuses.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UAE government regulations and procedures concerning visas, licenses, and labor laws.
• Process and manage company licenses and registrations.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for government applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to visas or government documentation.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a PRO in the UAE.
• Proven track record of successfully processing visas, licenses, and other government documentation especially in DMCC.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE visa and immigration procedures, labor laws, and business regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with government officials and clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in a start up company is highly desirable.
• A valid UAE driver\'s license is a plus.
