The Public Relations Officer (PRO) coordinates and liaises between the company and government organizations/authorities, serving as a critical interface. This role ensures efficient and reliable services for all government-related tasks, including employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, and business licenses. The PRO must adapt to regular updates in rules and regulations and respond promptly to the needs of the business, employees, and their families. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who can efficiently handle government-related tasks and provide support to the company\'s Dubai office operations. Employee and Dependant Services:
Obtain new employment visas and work permits for expatriate employees.
Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
Obtain and renew residence visas for dependants of employees.
Facilitate the renewal of expatriate passports for employees and their dependants.
Handle visa cancellations for employees and their dependants.
Manage complex medical and police procedures in the event of an employee or next of kin\'s death.
Business Facilitation:
Liaise with embassies and foreign diplomatic missions to facilitate business visits.
Coordinate with the UAE Immigration Department to obtain business entry visas for global visitors.
Administer company and joint venture licenses and tax remittances with UAE authorities, including the Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, and Ministry of Finance & Industries.
Advisory and Record Keeping:
Provide expert advice to the business and employees on visa formalities and other government-related procedures.
Maintain accurate records for all services provided.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on ever-changing government rules and regulations.
Evaluate, prioritize, and accomplish urgent tasks at short notice.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field Competencies
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with extensive experience dealing with government organizations and embassies.
Completion of Secondary Education.
Excellent networking, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
Valid driving license.
Proficient in MS Office.
