JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated PRO. He is responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organisations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two. Can do Pro Admin task and should have UAE Driver's license

Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two. Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licences of the company Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, employees and their families to assist them on all government related services. Will do Drivers various transporting duties; Pick up and Drop off Airport/ Hotel/ Restaurant of VIPs, Transport of packages, or any related Drivers duties Should be adaptable with flexible timings is able to work extra hours, weekend & holidays if necessary

Requirement:

Valid UAE Drivers License is a must. Arabic Male is preferred At least 5 -10Years work experienced as PRO and driver Graduated in a College or University with Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration or any related course. Should be attested and ready to provide. Strong Experience and knowledge with MS Office tools (Outlook/ Excel/ Word/ Power point) Strong in English Verbal and Written communication skills. Multilingual is an advantage. Knowledge and well experienced on processing with UAE Visas and Employment related matters such as employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, Emirates ID Biometrics and miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration Department, Ministry of Labor, and MOHRE. Can process any related process for Business Licensing and set ups. Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, employees and their families to assist them on all government related services.
