JOB SUMMARY:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for managing all aspects of government liaison, documentation, and compliance. This role will also involve advising the organization on new regulations and rules that impact operations, with a specific focus on Emiratization initiatives.
KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
Government Liaison:
• Serve as the primary contact for all government departments and regulatory bodies.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key government officials and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between the organization and governmental agencies to ensure smooth operations.
Documentation and Compliance:
• Prepare, submit, and track all necessary documentation for visa applications, labor cards, Emirates ID and PRO Card.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration policies, and business regulations.
• Prepare, submit, and track all necessary company documentation such as Trade License, Establishment Card, Company Labour Card, E-Signature Card, etc.
• Ensure availability and renewal of company quota
• Ensure that all MVP Group of companies has active access to Government portals such as GDRFA and MOHRE.
• Maintain accurate records of all government-related documents and ensure timely renewals and submissions.
• Support with SIRA and MCC compliance and documentation
Regulatory Advisory:
• Stay updated on new laws, regulations, and policies that affect the organization.
• Provide timely advice to management on compliance issues and the implications of new regulations.
• Assist in developing internal policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements.
Emiratization Initiatives:
• Monitor and report on Emiratization rates and ensure the organization meets local Emiratization targets.
• Collaborate with HR to implement effective Emiratization strategies and programs.
• Advise on best practices for attracting and retaining Emirati talent within the organization.
Liaise with Finance:
• Ensuring accurate balance on Noqodi, credit card and petty cash required to process all PRO transactions
• Maintaining invoices and submission of accurate reports to Finance in a timely manner.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in government liaison, compliance, or regulatory affairs in the UAE.
SPECIFIC SKILLS
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and Emiratization policies.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to navigate government processes efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant documentation tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
OTHER REMARKS
• UAE driving license is must.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours as required.

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
