As HR

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding of employees, as well as payroll processing for both full-time and part-time staff.
• Address employee relations issues, offering guidance and support to both managers and employees.
• Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of HR operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
• Generate HR metrics and reports for management to aid in decision-making.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for employees from various government and private clients.
• Track and manage the onboarding database for new employees.
• Handle the onboarding process, including the creation and distribution of offer letters, visa or work permit processing, and preparation for employee induction.
• Initiate and manage the visa process, including MOL processes and visa stamping.
• Provide HR letters as requested by employees.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or a related role in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor regulations and employment processes.
• Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
• Should have excellent working knowledge on Visa processing, Mainland and Free zone
• Maintain strong working relationships with Immigration and other government services centers.
• Support with Visa, Court Cases, Trade License Renewals, Other government transactions.
• Take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.

Requirements:

• Good Command of English Both Oral & Written
• Good Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Immigration Rules.
• At least 2 years of experience liaising with immigration, labour department and other government departments for all employees' affairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED5.00 per month
