Job Description

\xc2\xb7 Submit, follow-up and gather all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time. \xc2\xb7 Renew, update, and keep up all workers and their dependents visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that organizations records are up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments. \xc2\xb7 Send notification to employees on required documents before their visa expires. \xc2\xb7 Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations. \xc2\xb7 Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and Municipality. \xc2\xb7 When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities, and other government Departments. \xc2\xb7 Deal promptly and productively on general enquiries about PRO functions. \xc2\xb7 Assist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals. \xc2\xb7 Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members for business related travels. \xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable enough on the process of getting residency permits. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and renew employee residence permits. \xc2\xb7 Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the renewal of Tenancy contract of back office as well as for all the branches. \xc2\xb7 Company vehicles registration and renewal. \xc2\xb7 Renewal of Civil Defense. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Establishment Card and PRO cards renewal. 1. Manage schedules and deadlines. 2. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. 3. Recreational activities. 4. Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. 5. Communicating with MOHRE, Tawafuq, GPSSA and PASI. . Purchase new material as needed. 2. Identify process bottlenecks. 3. Oversee facilities services and maintenance. 4. Coordinating with HR on new recruits. 5. Coordinating with HR on employee resignation and termination. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • PRO & Admin: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • Do you speak Arabic English & Hindi ? (Preferred)
