Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Private Tutor to provide holistic support to a student in their academic journey and personal growth. This role requires someone who is not only capable of tutoring across various subjects but also excels in fostering extracurricular engagement and life skills development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Support & Tutoring:
• Offer one-on-one tutoring in all academic subjects, helping the student to understand challenging material and excel in school.
• Assist with homework, school projects, and assignments, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• School Transportation:
• Ensure safe and reliable transportation of the student to and from school each day, maintaining punctuality.
• Extra-Curricular Activities & Enrichment:
• Plan and coordinate extracurricular activities, clubs, and events to encourage creativity, social interaction, and skill development.
• Support the student in pursuing new hobbies or interests outside of the academic environment.
• Life Skills Coaching:
• Teach fundamental life skills such as effective communication, self-management, organization, and decision-making.
• Promote personal growth by encouraging independence, responsibility, and good habits.
• Comprehensive Student Development:
• Provide emotional and motivational support to build the student's confidence, resilience, and academic passion.
• Regularly monitor the student's progress in all areas, adjusting support strategies as needed to ensure continuous development.

The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with children to nurture their academic and personal growth. The candidate should be adaptable, energetic and skilled in tutoring and mentoring. Experienced in working with children, and have a strong commitment to supporting the student's growth both academically and personally is essential.

Must have Valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
