Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Private Household Chef to provide high-quality, personalized meals for a private family. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various cuisines, dietary preferences, and nutritional needs, as well as a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This role requires someone who can manage meal planning, preparation, and execution with minimal supervision while ensuring all meals are tailored to the family's tastes and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meal Planning & Preparation: Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals for the family, ensuring all meals are nutritious, well-balanced, and suited to dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Customized Menus: Create customized menus based on the family's preferences, dietary needs, and any special events or occasions.
• Grocery Shopping: Source and purchase high-quality, fresh ingredients for all meals, ensuring food is organic, seasonal, and in line with the family's preferences.
• Dietary Requirements: Accommodate any dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, or low-carb diets.
• Special Occasions: Prepare meals for formal dinners, family gatherings, or special events, ensuring a high standard of presentation and quality.
• Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment, including dishwashing, appliance care, and pantry organization.
• Inventory Control: Keep track of kitchen supplies, food inventory, and household grocery needs, ensuring that the kitchen is always well-stocked.
• Meal Scheduling: Adjust meal preparation times to align with the family's daily schedule, ensuring meals are served promptly.
• Health and Nutrition: Provide advice and options on healthy eating, including preparing meals that meet the family's nutritional goals.
• Discretion and Professionalism: Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality regarding the family's preferences and household matters.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Private Household Chef or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various cuisines and dietary practices (e.g., Mediterranean, Italian, gluten-free, etc.).
• Excellent cooking skills, with the ability to create visually appealing, flavorful dishes.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple dietary preferences within one household.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
