Paragon Properties is expanding, and we are on the lookout for energetic and motivated real estate brokers to join our growing team.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Represent clients in real estate transactions, whether buying, selling, or renting properties. Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial considerations to provide personalized advice. Conduct market research and analysis to determine the value of properties Provide clients with accurate and competitive pricing recommendations. Assist sellers in preparing and listing their properties for sale. Create marketing materials, such as property listings, photos, and virtual tours. Utilize various marketing channels to promote properties and attract potential buyers. Assist buyers in identifying properties that meet their criteria. Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers. Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for both buyers and sellers. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations. Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including other agents, mortgage brokers, and real estate attorneys. Educate clients about current market conditions, financing options, and the overall process of buying or selling a property. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the real estate transaction. Stay informed about changes in real estate laws, regulations, and market trends through ongoing education. Effectively manage time and workload to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
