Key Responsibilities
As a Private Client Advisor at PHOREE Real Estate, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities designed to deliver exceptional results:
• Achieve Sales Excellence : Exceed industry sales targets and KPIs set by our Head of Sales, showcasing your dedication and expertise.
• Dedicated Client Services : Provide personalized assistance for clients looking to buy or sell primary and secondary real estate properties, ensuring their unique needs are met.
• Promote Exclusive Luxury Developments : Promote our exclusive ultra-luxury Dubai-based branded developments and achieve minimum sales targets.
• Consumer-Facing Presence : Maintain a highly presentable appearance for consumer-facing interactions, including being located within our luxury real estate offices situated in Ultra Luxury Hotels across Dubai.
• Client Consultations : Interview prospective purchasers, guiding them through their customer journey with unparalleled service.
• Market Expertise : Advise clients on market conditions, property prices, mortgages, and legal requirements, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Property Listings : Secure agreements from property owners in the secondary market for listing their properties.
• Documentation Mastery : Prepare necessary documents, including listing forms and marketing addendums, ensuring compliance with Dubai's Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards.
• Property Showings : Coordinate appointments to showcase properties to prospective buyers, leveraging your expertise to highlight their value.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
• RERA Registration : Individuals must be registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
• Dubai-Based : Applicants must be based in Dubai.
