DESCRIPTIONJob Purpose:To efficiently manage, grow and advise a portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth clients, providing them with the highest quality service and advice. Working with clients to evaluate their financial data and investment objectives in order to recommend and implement the most appropriate investment strategyPrincipal Accountabilities:xefxbbxbfPlanning:Devise and implement realistic annual business plan in aid of achieving annual financial targetsTarget achievement:Achieve assigned monthly sales and service targets.Client ServiceProvide the highest quality service by building, maintaining and growing relationships with clients.Meet and work with clients to evaluate their financial data and investment objectives in order to recommend & implement the most appropriate investment strategy and understand each clients financial objectives and provide tailor made services.Responsible for immediate closure of all queries and issues of the wealth customers related to banking products and services.Reports:Responsible to provide monthly client portfolio reports to management.Interdepartmental Coordination:xefxbbxbfActively liaise with various departments to provide and gain leads for prospective business and new clientele. Coordinate with the Legal to verify all customer contracts.Ensure all departments coordinate in a timely manner providing excellent customer service to clients.Corporate Governance:Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, within the agreed timeframes and all necessary supporting documents are obtained.Ensure full compliance to risk policies and procedures to minimize the error ratios and customer frauds.Comply with Basel II framework for all retail banking operationsComply with Anti xe2x80x93 Money laundering requirementsEnsure that all investment recommendations are made in line with the banks prescribed investment approachREQUIREMENTSEducation and Experience:Bachelors Degree in Economics or Finance or Business ManagementCISI / SCA qualification or equivalent9 xe2x80x93 10 years of experience in Retail banking with 5 years of exposure to Private Banking / Wealth Management in UAE.This job has been sourced from an external job board.
