Printing Press Production Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Production Supervisor to oversee our printing operations and ensure efficient production output while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in printing processes, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Hands on experience of working with printing press
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
. Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve production goals.
Sound knowledge on Offset printing technology
Hands on experience in Job Planning, Quality control and minimization of rejections.
Collaboration and Coordination between Sales team and Production team.
Managing a team of 40+ members
Hands on Experience in Graphics, Pre-press (CTP, Dummy Making), Post Press (UV,
Binding, Foiling, Die cutting), Printing- Offset and Screen printing Desired Candidate
Profile
Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience
Sufficient experience in preparing costs
Proficient in Excel and computer knowledge
Strong communication skills.
