Job Description

We are seeking a capable and experienced Factory manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, managing resources, implementing quality control measures, and leading a team of dedicated staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in manufacturing processes, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the factory, including production planning, scheduling, and management.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

- Optimize operational processes to achieve cost-effective manufacturing.

- Implement quality control programs to deliver high-quality products that meet customer specifications.

- Lead and motivate a team of production workers to meet production goals.

- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, maintenance, and procurement to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor and analyze production process to identify areas for improvement.

- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar managerial position in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and technology.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.

- Familiarity with quality control standards and health and safety regulations.

- Problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

Applicant shall speak Urdu/Hindi/Arabic and hold a valid UAE drivng license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
