Job Summary: The Ricoh Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining Ricoh multifunction printers and related office equipment. The role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and maintaining accurate service records within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:
Service and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on Ricoh copiers and other multifunction devices. Diagnose and repair mechanical and software-related issues.
Installations and Client Support: Set up Ricoh multifunction print services equipment at client locations. Train clients on operating and maintaining their devices.
Customer Satisfaction: Address client concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
Inventory and Documentation: Order and replace parts as required. Maintain accurate service records and logs for all installations and repairs. Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: KWD 350-450 per month. Food: Provided or allowance-based. Accommodation: Included. Transportation: Provided. Overtime: Offered based on company policy.
