Job Overview :

We are a leading textile printing company based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality digital and sublimation printing. We are seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating digital printing machines, including print heads and sublimation painters, and will be responsible for producing high-quality prints, ensuring machines are well-maintained, and utilizing Caldera software for efficient workflow management.

Responsibilities :

• Operate digital printing machines, including print heads and sublimation machines
• Load and unload various materials onto the printing machine (e.g., fabrics, papers)
• Monitor the printing process to ensure high-quality prints, including color accuracy and material alignment
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during printing, minimizing downtime
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of printing machines and associated equipment
• Calibrate the printing machine regularly to ensure accurate colors and consistent print quality
• Use Caldera software for job setup, color management, and workflow optimization
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience operating digital printing machines, with preference for experience on Kornit Presto or similar equipment
• Experience with digital and sublimation machines required
• Proficiency in Caldera software is essential
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and effectively
• Basic knowledge of color management and print preparation software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
