Print Production Manager

Company Overview:

Alzaki Luxury Boxes Manufacturing L.L.C. is a thriving box manufacturer in Sharjah, UAE that helps businesses create impressions by adding more value to their brand and packaging. We are currently seeking highly skilled and well-experienced candidates for the role of Production Manager to manage the production process of the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and oversee the management operations ensuring efficient and high-quality output.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the production process and implement production strategies to ensure desired output.

Ensure that production targets are met without any fail in quality standards.

Analyses production data and conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate with other departments to confirm quality assurance and seamless operations.

Education and Experience

Graduates in any field.

Minimum 4 years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

Leadership and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of production process and quality control.

Previous experience in the printing industry is desirable.
