Job Title: Print Production Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Production Coordinator to oversee and manage branding and printing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage branding processes, including Screen Printing, Offset Printing, Heat Transfer, Engraving, UV Printing, Epoxy, and Debossing.
• Oversee and ensure accurate color matching, including checking Pantone colors, particularly for screen printing.
• Collaborate with the design team and clients to ensure all graphics align with production requirements.
• Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator to assist with artwork preparation and adjustments.
• Operate and troubleshoot printing equipment when required.
• Manage timelines and quality control for all printing projects.
• Ensure all printed materials meet company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong understanding of graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Familiarity with branding and printing processes, including Screen Printing, Offset Printing, Heat Transfer, Engraving, UV Printing, Epoxy, and Debossing.
• Solid knowledge of screen printing techniques and Pantone color checking.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Experience:

• 2 years of prior experience in print production or branding is preferred.
