Provide guidance to the team for producing deliverables such as Process Control Philosophy, Control Strategy, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Process Control Narratives and Safety Narratives, Safeguarding Memorandum, DCS Control Specifications, Specification for Operator Training Simulator (OTS) system, Specification for Advanced Process Control (APC) using Multivariable Control (MVC), Specification for Inferential Prediction tools, Loop Diagrams, Functional Logic Diagrams (FLD), Alarm & Trip Schedules etc. · Provide leadership skills and guidance to the team on procurement related activities such as preparation of Inquiry Requisition, participate in Technical Evaluation of vendor offers, Purchase Requisitions, Preparation and providing guidance on Technical Bid Evaluations and Vendor Document Reviews. · Review the ITB (Invitation To Bid) documents submitted in the proposals stage, Contract documents, issue inquiry requisitions, review techno-commercial vendor offers, prepare equipment, material and man-hour estimates. · Participate in workshops such as HAZOP, Design Reviews and lead SIL studies and Alarm Rationalization / Management studies with client and representatives of other engineering disciplines. Responsible for coordination with client, PMCs, consortium partners, subcontractors, other discipline engineers and Project team. Coordinate with other discipline and work center Engineers and ensure that the project requirements are implemented in the design. Maintain Deliverables Quality KPI. Simultaneously manage 1~3 proposals or 1~2 projects and lead a small team of Process Control Engineers for a large project. Involved in the planning of engineering activities and manpower resources. Participate in internal quality audits/peer reviews for monitoring quality and ensure timely close-out of actions. Perform TA reviews (in the capacity of TA2) for projects. Involved in the preparation of TDR, developing manpower charts/schedules, manpower distribution, monitor the schedule and ensure the project design activities completes within the allotted manhours and schedule Steer/Co-ordinate/participate in FAT, SAT and commissioning of Integrated Control and Safety Systems, Packages and Instrument items. Steer/Co-ordinate/participate in FAT, SAT and commissioning of OTS system. Steer/Co-ordinate/participate in FAT, SAT and commissioning of Advanced Process Control (APC) system with the package Vendor. Support the construction, commissioning and start-up activities, so as to ensure no delay. Support DCS Engineers during Software development - especially for vendor complex packages. Actively involved during commissioning stage in tuning of Control loops for stable operation of the plant. Participating in cross-functional and inter-office meetings to provide design inputs to Engineering team. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks during project stage.

Technical and Industry Experience
Excellent technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its clients. Excellent knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the process engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields. Excellent knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications. Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and process engineering specific software. Extensive technical and practical experience in process engineering in the same or similar industry including experience in working in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of related Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil& Gas experience - preferable from a background in working for consultancy organizations in the FEED and EPC of the Oil and Gas Industry as well as Operating Companies. Conversant with any of the DCS Platforms, Dynamic Simulation software and Advanced Process Control tools. Sound knowledge of Control Loops and hands on experience with controller tuning. Clear understanding of Complex Control logics. Experience with DCS FAT participation preferred. Good knowledge of international safety standards and practices. Familiarization with Function Safety Aspects and Asset Integrity Concept. · Good presentation, training and communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders Strong time management skills including ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities Effective technical writing skills in English Customer/ Client Focus: Demonstrates willingness and ability to focus on the delivery of results and respond according to needs in order to provide the best quality service to our customers.
