An International Preschool in Bahrain is looking to hire a Principal for Preschool. If you meet the below requirements & skills, we welcome you to join our team. British native (Female) Previous experience as a principal or in a similar role of more than 3 years in Bahrain or GCC. Great presentation and communication skills. Ability to coach and inspire A teaching license is preferred Degree in Education. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations. Manage budgets. Set learning goals for teachers. Monitor and report on teacher performance. Increase student numbers to meet the management target. Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching. Review and implement school policies.
