A leading Private school in Bahrain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Principal. Candidate Requirements: . Bachelor of Education / Master of Education . BSC or any other degree with specialization in related field . Proven experience as a Principal . Can join immediately. Jobs / Responsibilities: . Experience in providing visionary leadership to the school & thereby ensuring academic excellence, student achievements and building a positive learning environment. . Managing the school budget efficiently, and able to professionally delegate financial management responsibilities. . Strong and deep knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and assessment methods. . Fostering a collaborative and a positive supportive work culture by continuous supervision and mentoring teaching and administrative staffs. . Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. . Able to build a strong relationship with parents, guardians, by promoting transparency, maintaining a good communication and involvement. . Ability to motivate and inspire the staffs, students and parents by providing professional development opportunities and most importantly going with educational trends and best practices.
